The dip is mostly traffic-related, but that's been recovering and almost back to end-of-year levels already.
I scaled back the SEO agency to maintenance-level. I don't think they were doing anything wrong, but I want to take some profits this year.

Ads usually suck in January, but I haven't had time to tinker with them much.
I implemented GA4 and ecommerce tracking. Still need to figure out how to do server-side events in GA4 and see if I can get subscription data inserted with one-time purchases.
